Employee Referral Program:

  • To refer a potential employee, please complete this form and return it, along with a copy of the prospective candidate.s resume, application, or both, to the Human Resource department posting the position.
  • You are eligible for a referral award only when you refer external candidates. The referral must represent the candidate.s initial contact with Netrovert. If a candidate has previous applied on-line or otherwise, no referral award would be paid.
  • Hiring Manager and HR Representative will determine position level classification for the open position.
  • All Netrovert employees are eligible to receive referral awards, with the exception of Senior Management levels and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers /supervisors with hiring authority over the referred candidates.
  • Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired, unless otherwise noted, which will be handled on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances, at the discretion of the manager who hired the referral.
  • The candidate must meet our standard conditions of employment.
  • Employees must not make commitments or oral promises of employment to the person whom they refer.
  • Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Netrovert Human Resources.
  • All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential
